摘要
矩分析与经典的室分析一样，已在药物动力学研究中被广泛采用。关于双部位吸收的药物，我们已提出其室分析方法，本文报道的是对其作矩分析的结果。我们导出了口服给药的平均滞留时间ＭＲＴｐｏ和平均吸收时间ＭＡＴ的计算公式，并利用文献报道的血药浓度数据，验证了这些公式的正确性。
Moment analysis as well as classical compartment analysis,has been been used extensively in pharmacokinetics, For the drug with double site absorption,we have worked out the method of compartment analysis.And now,the results in moment analysis are presented in this paper.We have derived the formulae to calculate mean resident time(MRTpo)and mean absorption time(MAT) after oral administration of drugs,and examined them with literature data.
