摘要
本文通过X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法和扫描电镜法对丝素微细结构进行了研究。结果表明:巨原纤宽度为0.1~0.5μm,巨原纤间空隙大小为0.1~0.2μm;原纤宽度为0.03~0.07μm,原纤间空隙大小为0.03~0.08μm。丝素纤维经离子刻蚀后,表面形成的巨原纤条纹与离子束轰击方向显著相关。
The fine structure of silk fibroin is investigated by X-ray diffraction, DSC and SEM. the results show the macro fibril width is 0.1~0.5μm, the space between macrofibrils is 0.l~0.2μm, the fibril width is 0.03~0.07μm and the space between fibrils is 0.03~0.08μm. And there is an apparent correlation between macrofibril fringes of surface fibrous and the ion-bombardment direction on ion-etching.
