摘要
本文利用超晶格的势函数的对称性得到了对应于第一次透射共振能级上的位于势阱上方的束缚态的能量本征函数的精确表达式,这个结果对于研究超晶格、某些原子系统和分子系统以及极薄的半导体层结构都有重大的实用价值,并为设计一种新型的放大率很高的量子放大器──超晶格量子放大器提供了理论计算的依据。
Using the symmetry of the potential function of the Superlattic,the exact expression of the energy eigenfu nctions of the quantum quasi-bound state corresponding to the first trasmission reSonace energy level above a potential well has been obtained.It plays an important role in studying the superlattic,certain atomic and molecular systems,as well as ultra-thin semiconductor layered structures,and it is useful for desiging a new type quantum amplifier-superlattic quantum amplifier with very high ampli- fication ratio.
