摘要
对水稻、油菜和白菜共五个品种的高、低水分种子,用铝箔复合袋和牛皮纸袋包装,分别以速冻速解和速冻缓解的方式,在液氮内(-196℃)保存5天或7天后,测定其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、电导率和活力指数,结果表明,速冻速解和速冻缓解对水稻、油菜种子的生活力及活力无显著影响;高、低水分贮存对3种种子的贮藏效果也无显著影响,但以缓解、低水分的效果更佳,两种包装材料对油菜种子的贮存效果无显著影响,而水稻和高水分含量的白菜种子以纸袋包装的贮存效果较好.
The seeds with two levels of moisture content of rice(Oryza sativa L.),rape(Brassi-ca campestris var. oleifera)and Chinese cabbage(Brassica chinensis L.)were cryopreserved in LN(liquid nitrogen,-196 ℃)for 5 or 7 days. The seeds packed in kraft paper or laminated aluminum foil packets were immersed directly from room temperature into LN and following storage were re-warmed rapidly in 38 ℃ water (rapid cooling/rapid rewarming)or rewarmed slowly in 1 8℃ room temperature (rapid cooling/slow rewarming).The results showed that the viability and vig-or of rape and Chinese cabbage seed were not influenced by cryopreservation, the viability of rice seed was not affected either, but the seedling growth of rice became weak significantly. The viabil-ity and vigor of rice and rape seed were not significantly different between rapid cooling/rapid re-warming and rapid cooling/slow rewarming;also the storability of three kinds of seeds was not remarkably different between higher and lower moisture content,however,in general trend, slow rewarming and lower moisture content were preferable to cryopreservation. There was not signifi-cant difference in rapeseed between kraft paper packet and laminated aluminum foil packet,but the former was better for rice seed and Chinese cabbage seed with higher moisture content.
