摘要
运用二因素五水平回归正交旋转组合设计,进行施氮量与密度对油菜产量影响的研究。结果表明,随着施氮量、密度的增加,产量表现出快速增加→缓慢增加→缓慢减少→快速减少的趋势,施氮量的效应大于密度效应;油菜产量主要受全田有效角果数影响,二者相关系数为0.9577,决定系数达0.9171,而角粒数、粒重主要遗传因素影响;施氮量与密度的最佳组合是施氮量214.4-256.9kg/hm2,密度10.1万-11.1万株/hm2,控制在此范围内油菜产量可迭3000kg/hm2以上。
Using quadratic rotational regression combination design to study the influence on yield of the rape under the different nitrogen and density. The result showed that the yield which was influenced by active silique of the field mainly provided a parabola when nitrogen and density increased, the relative index and the determine index of yield and active silique was 0.9577 and 0.9171 respectively. The study also indicated that the best combination was in the range of nitrogen from 214.4 to 256.9 kg per hm2 and density from 101 to 111 thousand individual per hm2.
