摘要
目的探讨外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF)血管内栓塞治疗的临床效果。方法自2000年1月至2004年7月共收治TCCF病人14例,均行血管内栓塞治疗。结果本组病人共行16次栓塞,14例均完全栓塞;颈内动脉闭塞5例,均为应用弹簧圈栓塞的病例。随访3个月～3年,无复发。结论血管内栓塞治疗是治疗TCCF的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of endovascular embolization on traumatic carotidcavernous fistula (TCCF). Methods 14 TCCF cases admitted from January 2000 to July 2004 underwent endovascular embolization. Results The 14 patients underwent embolization for 16 times totally, all embolized completely. Of all, internal carotid arteries in 5 cases were occluded by coil. No recurrence was found in follow-up of 3 months to 3 years. Conclusion Endovascular embolization is an ideal method to treat TCCF.
