摘要 树突状细胞(DC)在抵御病原体的过程中至关重要.然而, 近来的研究表明,一些病原体破坏了DC的功能以逃脱免疫监视.许多细胞表面分子与病毒包膜糖蛋白结合后并不介导病毒抗原的加工和呈递,相反,他们可作为捕获受体将病毒颗粒传递给靶器官或敏感细胞.HIV-1就可与DC特异的C型凝集素DC-SIGN(Dc specific intercellular—adhesion—molecule-3 grabbing nonintegrin,树突状细胞特异性细胞间黏附分子-3结合非整合素因子;即CD209)结合,“绑架”C,感染宿主.DC—SIGN除了可与HIV-1、HCV结合外, 还可与其他多种病原体结合.对病原体和DC—SIGN的相互作用以及对DC功能的进一步研究,必将有助于抗感染的治疗.本文就DC—SIGN与微生物感染的研究进展作一综述.
