摘要 目的 观察瘦素在大鼠中枢神经系统的分布。方法 采用HE和免疫组化SABC染色方法。结果 在SD大鼠的大脑皮质、海马、下丘脑、杏仁体、丘脑、胼胝体、缰核和内囊等处可观察到瘦素免疫反应阳性细胞。结论 瘦素广泛存在于大鼠大脑皮质、海马及杏仁体等与学习记忆密切相关部位。提示瘦素可能参与学习记忆活动。 Objective To observe the distribution of leptin in the central nervous system of rats. Methods Hematoxylin-Eosin(HE) staining and immunohistochemical SABC method were used. Results In the Sprague-Dawley rats leptin immunoreactivities were observed in the cerebral cortex,hippocampus,hypothalamus,amygadaloid body,thalamus,corpus collosum,habenula,enternal capsule and so on. Conclusion The distribution of leptin is observed in the cerebral cortex,hippocampus and amygadaloid body, which is related with learning and memory.The results of the study indicate that leptin may participate in learing and memory.
