摘要
目的分析妊娠期尖锐湿疣(CA)的发生及发展,探讨二氧化碳激光在妊娠期CA的治疗效果。方法回顾分析妊娠期CA33例与非妊娠期CA199例的病程、疣体分布、二氧化碳激光治疗的效果及复发情况。结果妊娠组病程较非妊娠组短(P<0.01),疣体分布范围比非妊娠组广(P<0.01)。结论二氧化碳激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣简单、安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminata in gestation period and investigate therapeutic efficacy of CO_2 laser therapy in gestation period.Methods The progress and distribution of condyloma acuminata of 33 cases in gestation period and 199 cases in non-gestation period were analyzed;curative effects of CO_2 laser therapy were observed.Results The course of condyloma acuminata was shorter and the distribution range was wider in gestation period than ones in non-gestation period(P<0.01).Conclusion CO_2 laser therapy is a simple,safe and operative method to treat condyloma acuminata in gestation period.
