摘要
介绍某柴油机关键复杂铸件产品模型与产品技术信息库的创建思路和方法,运用CAE来优化设计与工艺,预测铸造缺陷,实现铸造工艺设计校核再设计优化设计的全过程调整。为优化其产品工艺技术及CAE研究提供有力保障。
Presented the methods and ways to create the model and build up the database of technical information for complex product of some key diesel engine, the approaches is using CAE to design and optimize the process, estimate the defects in casting and realize the adapt of the whole course by the process designing, checking, regulating and optimizing in series, consequently, ensure the optimization in process and CAE research.
