摘要 面对我国近年来电力严重短缺的局面,在一次能源资源与供应矛盾及环境污染对国民经济的制约日益显露的情况下,作为一种安全、清洁、可连续提供大规模电力的核电越来越受到关注。介绍我国已建、在建、拟建的核电机组情况和在设计、制造、建设、运营方面的自主化能力;针对到2020年我国核电装机容量达到占全国总装机容量4%的核电发展规划,提出应对核电建设规划、自主化(体制改革、人才资源、标准化体系)、经济性(电价竞争力)、技术进步等方面给予充分关注。 Since severe power supply shortage has been lasting in recent years, and both the contradiction between primary energy resources and its supply and the restriction of environment pollution to national economy have become more and more obvious in China, nuclear power generation has got great concern as a safe and clean alternative being able to supply mass power continuously. This paper introduces the status of nuclear units already built up, under construction or planned to build in China and the extents of localization in their design, manufacturing, construction and operation. Considering the plan that nuclear installed capacity will account for 4% of the national total in 2020, it is addressed that full attention should be paid to nuclear power planning, localization (involving institutional reform, human resources and standardization system), economy (competitiveness of electricity tariff) and technology advancement.
