摘要
国有企业作为我国国民经济的支柱,要想在今后激烈的世界市场竞争中求生存、求发展,必须重视对企业人力资源的开发与管理,实施人力资源开发管理战略。由于历史原因,我国国有企业人力资源开发与管理上面临许多困境,因此,必须转变思想观念,实现人力资源开发、管理的制度化、法制化、市场化。
As the support of national economy, stated-owned enterprises should pay attention to the development and management of human resource, and carry out relevant strategies if they want to exist in the highly competitive world market in the future. Our stated-owned enterprises have many difficulties in development and management of human resource for historical reasons. The author analyzes these problems and puts forward solutions and strategies.
