摘要
阐述了研究无固相钻井液抗高温增粘剂的重要性,介绍了一种无固相钻井液增粘剂的室内合成方法,并对合成样品的增粘效果、在淡水和盐水体系中的抗高温性能进行了实验评价,并对其现场应用效果进行了分析。结果表明:WTZN无固相钻井液增粘剂增粘、提高动切力效果好,有利于提高钻井液携带岩屑能力;抗高温稳定性强,可用于深井勘探开发;
This paper expounds the importance of the study of high temperature resistant viscosifier for clay-free drilling fluid and an in-house synthesis method of the viscosifier, and also evaluates the viscosifying effect and high temperature resistant property in fresh and salt water system, and analyzes field application result. The result shows that the WTZN clay-free drilling fluid viscosifier is quite effective and improves dynamic shear force and cutting carrying ability. It is high temperature resistant and can be used in deep well exploration and development. The viscosifying effect and high temperature resistance ability are notable in both fresh and salt water.
