摘要
目的 :探讨提高变应性鼻炎疗效的方法。方法 :随机将 2 0 4例变应性鼻炎患者分成 4组 ,采取 4种方法治疗并加以对照 ,随访 1年观察治疗效果。结果 :4种方法中鼻内筛前神经分布区加双下鼻甲微波热凝和电离子机烧灼术的总有效率最高。结论 :微波热凝筛前神经分布区加双下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎 ,具有操作方便 ,痛苦小 ,无不良反应等优点 ,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To search for four techniques in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Method:Two hundred and four patients were seperately treated with four techniques in one year follow-up. Result:The effect of microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve and inferior turbinectomy on allergic rhinitis was superior to that of the others. Conclusion: The microwave and thermocoagulation of ethmoidal nerve and bilateral inferior turbinates is a good method for clinical treatment.
