摘要
目的 脑血管疾病后失语是导致卒中后抑郁(PSD)的主要原因之一,在临床上并不少见,对其的研究及治疗有利于卒中的恢复。方法 应用个性化的语言康复训练治疗PSD病人,并观察治疗组及对照组HAMD抑郁量表和SDS抑郁自评量表评分变化情况。结果 研究发现个性化的语言康复训练治疗HAMD抑郁量表和SDS抑郁自评量表评分出现明显的改善。结论 个性化的语言康复训练用于PSD的治疗可明显改善脑血管病人的精神状态,提高病人的生存质量。
Objective The poststrock depression (PSD) is a common complication in the cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The aphsia rehabilitation treatment was used.We observed the Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) and self-rating depression (SDS) of the aphsia patients with poststrock depression.Results Two weeks after the treatment, the scales of HAMD and SDS were improved obviously.Conclussion This investigation suggests that the aphsia rehabilitation treatment can improve the depression of the patients with poststrock and be beneficial to the brain strock.
