摘要
目的优化门急诊管理,实现门诊管理的数字化。方法研究了门急诊管理的信息流程,并且详细分析了它的核心部分即门诊医生工作站的功能,包括:病历、检查/检验、电子处方等,在以上功能的基础上,还描述了门诊医生工作站系统与 HIS系统中多个子系统协同工作。结果门诊医生工作站已完全覆盖了门诊以前的手工流程,医院的门诊工作能够有条不紊的进行。结论通过对门急诊管理数字化的应用及门诊医生工作站的实施,使得目前的门诊医疗模式更加优质、高效,极大地方便了病人和医务工作者。
Objective To improve the efficiency of out-patient service,the management of out-patient service is digitized.Methods The process of out-patient service is studied and function of out-patient doctor workstation is analysed in detail,including:(1)medical history;(2)check/examination ;(3)electronics prescription,it is described that out-patient doctor workstation is in conjunction with mold piece of HIS.Results Now out-patient doctor workstation include all of handwork process and out-patient service is work ruly.Conclusion Now, the management of out-patient service is quality and high ability,so out-patient doctor workstation is very convenient to patient and employee in hospital,because realization of out-patient doctor workstation and digitized management of out-patient service.
