摘要
为了提高汽油机调速性能,采用微处理器的电子调速器逐渐取代了机械式调速器。电子调速系统性能好坏直接影响到控制精度。如果能预先建立调速系统计算机仿真模型,则可以为研制性能优良的调速系统提供强有力理论依据,可以少进行试验并节省人力、物力和财力。该文首先根据四冲程通用汽油机工作原理,利用MATLAB工具建立了汽油机计算机仿真模型,给出了仿真结果以及试验对比结果;建立了基于节气门控制的汽油机调速系统计算机仿真模型,并给出了仿真结果。
The mechanical speed adjustment device is replaced by the electronic device gradually. The performance of the electronic speed adjustment system will effect the control accuracy directly. If the simulation model of the speed adjustment can be established, it can offer theory gist for developing a good speed-governing system. And the experiments can be reduced ,and the manpower, material resources, financial resources can be saved. Basing of these, the simulation computer model of four stroke gasoline engine is established first according to the four stroke gasoline engine's operational principle in this paper. Then the simulation result and the result contrasting to the experiment are given out and the gasoline engine speed-governing system model is established based on the valve control. And the simulation result is also given out.
