摘要
文章在采用开放式问卷调查、个案访谈法、实验法、观察追踪法等多种研究方法取得第一手资料的基础上,从对自信内涵的再认识、对高职生自信状况的研究分析、小组辅导对提高自信心的作用、高职生自信培养途径等 4个方面对当代高职生的自信及其培养进行了探讨。
This article uses the open questionnaires, case study, the method of observation and many other research approaches to obtain the first-hand data, and it goes further into the contemporary higher professional college students' self-confidence. Its training can be done from the following four aspects such as recognizing the intension of self-confidence again, studying and analyzing the present situation of higher professional college students, the function of increasing students' self-confidence through group coaching and ways to foster students' self-confidence.
