摘要
本文通过对图书馆职业资格证的起源、发展、类型以及所起的作用,针对目前我国图书馆工作人员的整体素质,得出我国必须实行职业资格证制度,才有可能改变图书馆的社会地位。
The paper discussed the origin, development, types and roles of library professional credentials. In view of the current situation of the integral quality of library staff, we jumped into the conclusion that we must adopt professional credentials certification system to improve social position of libraries.
