摘要
目的评价邓铁涛强肌健力方对环境铅暴露慢性肾脏病病变进展的干预效果。方法将符合研究条件的68例患者随机分成两组,观察邓铁涛强肌健力方对环境铅暴露人群肾脏功能的保护作用。结果干预后治疗组体铅负荷、血清肌酐水平、肌酐清除率和估计肾小球滤过率的变化幅度明显大于对照组。结论邓铁涛强肌健力方对环境铅暴露慢性肾脏病病变进展具有较好的延缓作用。
Objective To study the effect of Deng Tietao's astragali seu hedysari(DTAHR) on chronic nephrosis resulted from environmental lead pollution(CNELP). Methods 68 patients of CNELP were assigned randomly into two groups,to observe the effect and protection on kidney of DTAHR in treating CNELP.Results The treatment group's change on body lead,level of serum creatinine、 creatinine clearance rate and appraised glomerular filtration rate are greater than that of the control group after interference.Conclusion DTAHR hase better effect of postponement on chronic nephrosis advance resulted from environmentsal lead pollution.
