摘要
阐友图书馆人性化管理的优越性的同时,指出人性化管理存在着认识上的误区。文章从今天人性化管理是昨天的继续等四个方面进行说理与论述。
Based on the advantages of humanity management in library, the paper puts forward the misunderstanding on the humanity management, and discusses in four aspects such as 'The humanity management today is a continuous work of yesterday' .
