摘要
从图书馆时代发展和本身保持可持续发展需要的角度出发,提出构建质量管理体系的议题,阐述了构建高校图书馆读者服务工作质量管理体系的计划、实施,开展优质服务。
Based on the development age of library and the demand of continuable development of library, this paper puts forward the subject of setting up the system of quality management, elaborates the plan and implementation of the system, and discusses how to improve the standard of the services.
