摘要
本文以信息经济时代下的知识型人力资源作为主要研究对象,分析其价值的构成与基本特征,综合考虑其成本特性与增值特性,建立评估模型,测度知识型人力资源的价值,探讨信息经济时代知识型人力资源优化配置的理论依据。
Focusing on the knowledgeable human resources and some characteristics of its value,an evaluation model was established to measure the value of knowledgeable human resources by concerning its costing and value increasing characteristics as the theoretical base of the knowledgeable human resource allocation in this article.
