摘要
新时期高校思想政治工作缺乏应有的实效性。高校应深刻认识思想政治工作的重要地位和作用,采取有效措施,通过强化队伍建设,优化育人环境,改进工作方法,不断增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。
In the new Period,ideological and political work proved not very effective.Higher schools should deepen their understanding of the importance of the ideological and political work,and take effective measures to enhance the definite goal and actual effect of it by strengthening the construction of faculty,bettering the educational environment and improving working methods.
