摘要
党的十六届三中全会提出了“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的重要思想,这是马克思主义社会发展理论在当代中国的新诠释,是我党全新的科学的发展观。新发展观以当代中国的发展为基本对象,对什么是发展,发展什么以及怎么发展都做了鲜明、集中、科学的阐释,对发展中一系列核心问题的认识都达到了新的境界。
Take people as anima,estalish overall,coordinative and sustainable development view,promote the economic society and people's overall development',as proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee,is the new annotation in comtemprorary China of Marxist theory of social development,and our party's brand-new view of scientific develoment.It sets development of comtemporary China as it target,annotates clearly the questions about what is development,what and how to develop,attaining a new realm of understanding about a series of key problems of development.
