摘要
介绍了利用PVC残液蒸馏物合成多氯乙烯醋酸乙烯酯多元共聚树脂的方法和利用该共聚树脂制备塑料专用胶粘剂的方法。制成的胶粘剂成本低、毒性小、粘合力强。该工艺显著提高了PVC残液的综合利用水平和附加价值。
The method of synthesizing vinylpolychloridevinyl acetate copolymerization resin using PVC residual liquid distillate was introduced. Basing on this, the adhensive used for plastic was prepared. The results showed that the adhensive has low cost, low toxicity and high adhensive strength. The technology improved the level of comprehensive utilization of PVC residual liquid distillation and additional value.
