摘要
目的:应用自行研制的负荷-形变实验装置,分析正常和肥厚兔离体心肌应力—应变关系,比较两者心肌僵硬度的差异,探讨在心肌用印压方法检测其僵硬度的可行性。方法:通过“两肾一夹”方法建立心肌肥厚模型,4 5只兔随机分成三组:组Ⅰ-正常对照组(N ,15只)、组Ⅱ-术后两月组( 2M ,15只)、组Ⅲ-术后三月组( 3M ,15只)。利用自行研制的负载—位移实验装置,测定兔离体心肌局部游离壁承受不同负载时的厚度变化,通过应力-应变关系的研究,比较三组心肌僵硬度的差异。结果:兔离体心肌游离壁应力—应变关系呈指数曲线:Y =AeBX(r =0 .874~0 .912 )。但当应力在一定范围时,其应力—应变关系可拟合成直线方程:Y =AX±B(r=AX±B(r=0 .912~0 .939) )。三组方程的斜率:组Ⅰ<组Ⅱ<组Ⅲ,有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:兔肥厚心肌僵硬度大于正常心肌。
Objective:To compare the difference in stiffness between the normal and hypertrophic isolated myocardium in rabbits by analyzing the stress-strain relationship of free wall with our prototype load-deformation experimental device,and to explore the feasibility of detecting myocardiial stiffness by indentation test.Methods:The animal model of left ventricular hypertrophy was established with the method of “two-kidney,one clip” hypertension in rabbits.Forty-five rabbits were divided into three groups:Group Ⅰ-control group(N, n =15);Group Ⅱ-two—month group after operation(2M, n =15);Group Ⅲ-three—month group after operation(3M, n =15).To assess myocardial stiffness,the stress-strain relationsips of the normal and hypertrophic isolated myocardial free wall were analysed by utilizing our prototype load-deformation experimental device when the different forces were exerted perpendicularly.Results:The stress-strain relationship of the normal and hypertrophic isolated myocardial free wall could be fitted to a typical exponential equations:Y=Ae BX ( r =0.874~0.912).The stress-strain relationships was linear within the scope of a certain stress.The slopes of the linear equation in GroupⅢ were maximum.The slopes of the linear equation in GroupⅠ were minimum.There were significant differences among the three groups( P <0.05).Conclusion:These data suggest that the stiffness of the hypertrophic myocardium induced by the two-kidney,one-clip renal hypertension in rabbit is greater than that of the normal myocardium.The difference between the stiffness of them could be detected by indentation test.
