摘要
[背景]观察脑下垂体阻滞术对复杂性区域疼痛综合征的治疗效果.[病例报告]给复杂性区域疼痛综合征患者5例在全身麻醉下行脑下垂体阻滞术,术后3例的疼痛减轻,2例的效果差.[讨论]脑下垂体阻滞术对复杂性区域疼痛综合征有一定的治疗作用.
BACKGROUND?To study the therapeutic effects of neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland (NALP) for complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS).?CASE REPORTS?Five patients of CRPS were treated with NALP by general anesthesia. The pain of three patients were obviously relieved,but the effects of two patients were not so good.?DISCUSSION?NALP has some effects on CRPS.
