关节镜下射频汽化治疗半月板损伤 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨关节镜下射频(radiofrequency ,RF)汽化治疗半月板损伤的价值。方法 回顾关节镜下射频汽化治疗半月板损伤32例临床资料。分析手术时间,术后自觉症状,术后2 4h、4 8h及72h术侧膝关节浮髌试验,术后随访患膝肿胀程度、关节内血肿、感染,评价膝关节功能。结果 手术时间平均为30min ;术后关节无积血,疼痛、肿胀极轻,自觉症状良好;术后2 4h、4 8h及72h术侧膝关节浮髌试验阴性。所有患者均于术后随访2~6个月,无关节内血肿、感染。评价关节功能:优2 8例(88% ) ,良4例(12 % )。结论 关节镜下能够对半月板损伤进行正确诊断。RF的高精确性、高可控性使关节镜下RF汽化治疗半月板损伤灵活性大,准确度高,副损伤小,节约手术时间,实现了微创手术操作,取得了良好效果。
