摘要
目的 评价AO微型纯钛板钉内固定治疗手部骨折的疗效。方法 应用AO微型纯钛板钉内固定治疗12例15处掌、指骨骨折。其中掌骨骨折8例10处,指骨骨折3例,掌指骨同时骨折1例;开放性骨折3例,闭合性骨折9例。评价治疗效果。结果 所有患者均获得随访,时间3～12个月,平均5个月,骨折愈合率达10 0 %。结论 应用AO微型纯钛板钉内固定治疗手部骨折,辅以术后早期功能锻炼,可取得满意的疗效,是手部骨折理想的固定方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of internal fixation of hand fracture with pure titanium mini-plate.Methods Twelve cases of hand fracture (fifteen lesions) were treated by internal fixation with AO pure titanium mini-plate, from June 2002 to February 2004. The injuries included 8 cases (10 lesions) of metacarpal fracture, 3 of phalanx fracture, and 1 of both metacarpal and phalanx fracture. There were 3 open fractures and 9 close fractures.Results All patients were followed up for 3～12 months (average 5 months).The rate of fracture union was 100%.Conclusion Internal fixation with AO pure titanium mini-plate in combination with early rehabilitation, as an optional strategy for hand fractures, will pave the way to satisfactory outcome.
