摘要
从活塞环自由型线的计算及其特征出发,分析了活塞环开口过渡曲线对机床切削性能的影响,讨论了现有活塞环开口过渡曲线存在的不足,通过对几种曲线特征的比较,选择了最佳的曲线形式对活塞环开口过渡曲线进行了拟合,并在笔者所研制的活塞环外圆数控车床[3] 上进行了实际切削验证。
On the base of analyzing the characteristics and calculation of the piston ring shape curve, the article indicates the influence of transition curve on the machining of the piston ring, discusses the limits of the existing transition curve. Through comparing with several typical curves ,a best curve has been selected . Using the new NC lathe we developed , the effect of cutting of the new transition curve has been validated.
