奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌26例 被引量：1

摘要 目的　评价奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效与安全性。方法　奥沙利铂100mg/m2,静点2小时,第1天;亚叶酸钙200mg/m2,静点2小时,第1、2天;氟尿嘧啶400mg/m2,静冲第1、2天;氟尿嘧啶600mg/m2 /天,锁骨下静脉置管泵维持44小时, 5ml/小时。2周为1周期,重复4周期。结果　全组26例患者有效率(CR+PR)为30. 7%,不良反应主要表现为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、神经毒性,骨髓抑制出现超过50%,但程度较轻,以Ⅰ、Ⅱ度为主。结论　奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌安全有效。
