摘要
采用化学成分分析、电镜等方法 ,对航煤脱硫醇反应器导压管开裂事件进行失效分析 ,结果表明 :疲劳破坏是引起裂纹开裂并穿透的原因 ,并提出改进建议。
By meanings of methods such as chemical com po sition analysis, SEM and so on, the cracking reason of impulse pipe of reactor i n the jet fuel sweetening unit was analyzed. Fatigue failure was the cracking r eason of pipe.Some proposal was put forwards.
