摘要
小规模渐进式的旧城改造,是指与当地社会经济条件相适应的小规模的重建、补建、整治、保护、修缮和整体环境的整治、改善。象山县在旧城区的小规模渐进式改造中,通过对建筑质量评定和对建设年限、建筑物权属、院落界限的调查分析,结合居民实际需求,制定出指标,以此作为控制性详规的补充,编制指导性的详规方案。
Small-scale and step-by-step old townreconstruction is applicable to the rebuilding,reconstruction,improving,protection,repair and reno-vation and improvement of the overall environmentwhich are compatible to the local economicconditions. The pattern of small-scale and step-by-step reconstruction adopted for the reconstructionof old districts in Xiangshan has provided a de-tailed and materialized plan through the evaluationof the construction quality,construction period,belonging,and compound,etc.in association with theactual needs of the residents as a complementaryto the control detailed planning.[
