摘要
针对3100QB柴油机的离合器壳在高速行驶工况易出现径向开裂现象,通过各试验工况下的多测点测试及幅值谱的振动分析,找出了3100QB柴油机自身的振动力源及导致离合器壳开裂的主要原因,并提出现有条件下减振的有效技术与措施。
Aim at the phenomenon that some radial cracks came being on the clutch shell of 3100QB diesel engine when running at high speed,through multi point measurement and swing value spectrum analysis under all experimental work status,this paper analyzes the source forces of vibration and the causes of clutch shell′s crack,and then brings forward some effective techniques and measures for decreasing the vibration.
