从国际上品牌战略定位的背景、定义及几种不同的战略选择方式的角度,讲述了医院品牌战略定位的含义、医院品牌战略的三种方式,及医院品牌战略定位的基本内容。以卫生部中日友好医院为例,论述了医院可进行品牌战略定位的方式。
From the background, definition and different viewing angles of international brand strategy determination, this article introduces the meaning and the general concept of hospital brand strategy , and three kinds of ways for determining hospital brand strategy. Taking the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, Ministry of Health as an example, this article discusses how to determine brand strategy in hospital.
