摘要
文章通过剖析资产评估、产权界定、股权、会计事务所中介机构等方面现状 ,对国企内部职工持股若干财务问题提出了自己的看法。
By analyzing the current situation of assets assessment, definition of property rights, stock rights and intermediary of accounting firms, this article has put forward the views to several financial problems of workers holding shares inside the state-owned enterprises.
