摘要
本文研究的热风单风口冲天炉采用热风高温送风,氧化带短、还原带加长,炉气气氛呈弱还原性,熔化过程稳定,熔炼钢铁屑回收率高达95%,铁水氧化少,质量好,可直接回用钢铁屑生产灰铁铸件、球铁铸件。
The paper presents a sing hot-air furnace which is characterized by short oxidization zone and longer reduction zone with 95% recovery rate. As the molten iron is of good quality with less oxidation, it can be directly used for production of gray cast-iron and spherical cast-iron.
