摘要 采用正交设计试验法对稀碱法提取酵母RNA工艺过程中的菌悬液浓度、稀碱浓度、反应时间和沉淀剂用量等因素进行了研究。用方差分析处理实验结果表明,10%酵母浓度、1.0%碱、2.5%氯化钙和60分钟反应时间是提取酵毒RNA的适宜条件,并将其用于啤酒厂废酵母泥的RNA提取试验。 The process of isolation yeast RNA by the dilute alkali method The influence factors Which are the concentration of yeast and alkali as well as reaction time etc.were investigated by means of the optimization test. The experiment results analyzed by the analysis of variance indicate that the yeast of 10%. the alikali of 1.0%, the calcium chlorid of 2.5% and the reaction time of 60 minutes were the suitable conditions for the isolation of yeast RNA. These were applied in the isolation RNA from waste yeast in beer factory.
