摘要
目的探讨小血管疾病导致的血管性痴呆(VD)脑血流(CBF)变异和分布,评估CBF技术对VD临床诊断价值。方法VD组和健康组,分别得到CBFSPECT影像,并用3D-FA及3D-SSP方法做同机处理,比较两个组CBF影像的FD均值及VD组CBF减少的分布形式。结果VD组CBF影像中FD均值显著高于健康组(P<0.01);经3D-SSP分析重建后,显示VD组CBF呈现全脑皮层的血流减少和额前叶区局限性血流减少。结论影像分析技术的应用,对VD患者的诊断有一定临床价值。
Objective To investigate the heterogeneity and distribution of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with vascular dementia (VD) due to small vessel diseases(SVD), and evaluate the diagnostic value of CBF techniques for VD. Methods CBFs of patients in VD group and healthy group were detected by Single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) and analyzed by 3D-FA and 3D-SSP. The fractal dimension (FD) of VD group was compared with control group, and the distribution of decreased CBF was examined in VD group. Results The mean FD in VD group was higher than that in control group significantly ( P <0.01). In VD group, the blood flow in cortex and prefrontal lobe was decreased. Conclusions Image analysis technique is help to diagnosing VD.[
