摘要
预吸胀处理明显提高了黄瓜种子活力、萌发率和抗冷能力。其机理为改善了膜的修复作用和种子内部生理代谢过程,表现在物质渗漏和膜脂过氧化作用下降以及呼吸强度、TTC还原力增强等方面。
Vigour, germination rate and chilling resistance of cucumber seed were obviously increased by pre-imbibition treatment. The mechanism is that the respiration ofmemberane system and metabolism of seed are improved. This improvement displayed decline of seed leakage and membrane lipid peroxidation and enhancement of respiration rateand TTC reduction. The result proves that pre-imbibition treatment is an effective andeasy method of increaseing resistance of seed to imbibitional chilling injury in practice.
