摘要
以离体蟾蜍交感神经节作为实验模型,用细胞內电记录技术检测出尖吻蝮(五步蛇)蛇毒具有阻抑交感神经节烟碱型胆碱能性突触传递作用。这种抑制至少部分是通过突触后机制而起作用的。本文报告的AAV具有神经毒性,为解释尖吻蝮蛇伤患者呼吸肌乏力、麻痹提供了理论依据。
Using intracellular recording technique, we investigated the effects of Agkistrodon Acutus venom (AAV) on the isolated sympathetic ganglia of toad and found that AAV inhibited the synoptic cholinergic transmission of nicotintic type. This inhibition was partly produced by postsynaptic machnism at least. The neurotoxic action of AAV would theoretically explain the paticnt′s lack of strength and paralysis of the respiratory muscles.
