摘要
本文在对油井管端部加厚设备研制开发的基础上,针对伺服系统的特点和生产工艺要求设计了基于交流伺服电机和西门子伺服驱动模块FM354的伺服送料系统,并介绍了伺服系统控制过程中采用的模糊逻辑和定位误差反馈补偿控制方法。
On the basis of research on oil well tube butt thicken equipment,the servo-transfer billet system based on AC servo-motor and Simens servo-driven module FM 354 was designed to the features of servo-system and requirement of production process.The fuzzy logic and position error feed-back compensation control method used in the servo-system control process was introduced.
