摘要 红宝石激光器是一个三能级系统。本文基于Kraus算子理论,针对能级间同时存在吸收和辐射的情况,研讨密度矩阵元的演化特性。结果表明在粒子分别以大概率从基态跃迁到第二激发态和从第二激发态辐射到第一激发态过程中形成粒子数反转,为产生激光作准备;在粒子以大概率从第一激发态辐射到基态时,产生激光。 Ruby laser is a three-level system.This paper utilizes theories of Kraus operator,to analysis the three-level system which is in the case of absorption as well as radiation .The object of the research is to probe into the transformation properties of density matrix.The result show that when particles transform from ground state to the second excitated state and from the second excitated state to the first excitated state at very high probability,the system forms reversion of particles and prepares for producing laser.It also show that when particles transform from the first excitated state to the ground state at very high probability,the system produces laser.
