摘要
目的综述速发型过敏反应的研究进展。方法通过查阅有关文献进行分析总结。结果速发型过敏反应的发病率较高,目前研究热点主要在其发病机理、预防及治疗等方面,而在客观形态学诊断方面的研究较少。结论在临床工作中,由速发型过敏反应(过敏性休克)导致死亡的病例逐渐增多,因此探讨速发型过敏反应的客观形态学诊断指标是非常必要的。
Objective:To summarize an update on research of immediate hypersensitivity.Methods:To analysis and sum up the literatures c oncerned.Results:To show high incidence of immediate h ypersensitivity.At pre sent,Study focuses on its mecha-nism?prevention and treatment,but less s tud y is on diagnosis of objective formation.Conclusion:It is very necessary to pr obe diagnosis target in objective forma tion for the death cases that it led to is gradually growing.
