摘要
管理哲学的崛起意味着管理新时代的到来,它将在"否定"和弥补现有管理科学缺陷的基础上,实现管理思维由"工具理性"向"价值理性"的转化,并对"以人为本"的管理观念做出新的阐释,从而实现现代管理的历史性跨越。文章具体指出了"管理科学"所具有的不可克服的学理"悖论"与现实运作中的局限性,强调必须超越以"工具理性"为核心的"管理科学",凸现管理的哲学品质,从而揭示出管理哲学对管理科学的替代性拓展之重要意义。
The emergence of management philosophy implies the advent of new era for management.It will realize the transform of management thinking from'instrumental reason'to'value reason'on the basis of'negation'and remedy of existing short-coming of management science;and will give the management sense of'put people first'a new explanation;and thus will realize historical leap of modern management.The authors point out here the insurmountable'paradox'of'management science'in scientific principle and its limitation in practical operation and stress that,'managenent science'with'instrumental reason'as core must be trancended and prominence to philosophical character of management must be given.The important significance of expanding management philosophy in replace of management science is thus revealed.
