摘要
研究了用β环糊精(βCD)作为流动相手性添加剂,在反相C18板上分离D,L苯丙氨酸对映体的薄层色谱法。流动相最佳组成配比为VβCD饱和溶液∶V甲酸∶V甲醇=9∶2∶1,最佳分离温度为50℃,D,L苯丙氨酸对映体相对比移值α为1.15。

The optimal composition of the mobile phase was βcyclodextrin solution∶formic acid∶methanol=9∶2∶1(V/V/V). The optimal separation temperature was 50 ℃.
