摘要 研究了用β环糊精(βCD)作为流动相手性添加剂,在反相C18板上分离D,L苯丙氨酸对映体的薄层色谱法。流动相最佳组成配比为VβCD饱和溶液∶V甲酸∶V甲醇=9∶2∶1,最佳分离温度为50℃,D,L苯丙氨酸对映体相对比移值α为1.15。 SEPARATION OF ENANTIOMER OF PHENYLALANINE BY REVERSED-PHASE THINLAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY$$$$ FANG Yanhong, WANG Qiong, XU Jinrui (College of Material Science and Engineering, Huaqiao University, Quanzhou 362011, China)Abstract: Racemes of phenylalanine can be separated on RPC18 aluminium sheets by thinlayer chromatography βcyclodextrinformic acidmethanol as developing system in which βcyclodextrin was used as chiral additive. The optimal composition of the mobile phase was βcyclodextrin solution∶formic acid∶methanol=9∶2∶1(V/V/V). The optimal separation temperature was 50 ℃.
