一种用于血液制品的病毒灭活剂——辛酸盐 被引量:4

摘要 本文介绍一种新型病毒灭活剂——辛酸钠,可用于血液制品的病毒灭活。其优点是辛酸钠长期以来用作血液制品的稳定剂,已被证明是安全可靠的。与传统的S/ D灭活剂相比,辛酸钠灭活病毒的作用时间短、效果好,故不影响蛋白质的生物活性。
