摘要
介绍了基于混合通信方式的分布式电能量采集系统的结构、功能和设计方法.系统由省电力调通中心节点、市电业局主站及发电厂或变电站节点等3层构成,各层采用不同的通信方式,实现了电能量数据的分布式采集和分析,保证电能量数据的正确性、完整性和同时性.同时,给出系统所采取的可靠性处理方法.
This paper presents a distribution automatic electric energy acquisition system based on mixed communication mode. The structure, function and design method of system are proposed. System is composed of province power control center, city power control center and node of power plant or power substation. Different communication mode is taken on each node to realize distribution automatic electric energy acquisition and analysis. It will ensure the correctness, integrality and simultaneity of electric energy data. The way to improve the reliability of system is proposed too.
