摘要
针对某有色冶炼厂锌精馏车间分散性中低温气体余热资源的特性和回收要求 ,对比了水管型和热管型蒸发器、常规型和热管型省煤器的主要特性。探索性地构设了由整体套管式热管省煤器、整体套管式热管蒸发器、翅化管水管式蒸发器、过热器所组成的新型组合式余热利用装置 ,产压力为 1. 5MPa、温度为 36 0℃的过热蒸汽供凝汽式汽轮机组发电 ,并采用系统清灰措施来解决余热利用装置的积灰问题。
Aiming at the characteristics and waste heat recovery requirement of low and middle temperature dispersed gas waste heat resources of the zinc rectification workshop in a certain non-ferrous smelter,the paper compares and studies the main characteristics of water-tube and heat pipe steam evaporators,conventional and heat pipe economizers.It constitutes a new type of combination equipment for waste heat utilization,which is composed of a double-pipe heat pipe economizer,double-pipe heat pipe steam evaporators,finned-tube water tube steam evaporators and a steam superheater.The over heated steam with its pressure of 1.5 MPa and temperature of 360℃ is used to generate electricity by condensing steam turbine.And a measure for comprehensive dust removal is taken to solve the problem of dust deposit in waste heat utilization equipment.
